Overview

M2P empowers businesses with embedded credit and card issuance. They partnered with Theecode to build a Microsoft Teams gift card application and extend their banking program stack.

Challenge

M2P needed to deliver a gift card experience inside Teams quickly, but their internal team was focused on core platform work. Integrating card issuing, ledgering and compliance within Teams required specialized expertise.

Solution

Theecode deployed an on‑demand pod of engineers experienced in cards and payments. We built the Teams add‑in using Microsoft’s SDK, integrated M2P’s card APIs for issuing and redemption, and extended the banking program stack to support new use cases. Our team also assisted with program compliance and QA.

Impact

The gift card app launched in weeks, giving M2P’s customers a new channel for prepaid programs. The internal team remained focused on strategic initiatives while our pod handled the integration. Ongoing collaboration continues to enhance the card and banking platform.
