Overview

Ajex is a global logistics provider expanding operations in Saudi Arabia. They engaged Theecode to supply dedicated product and engineering pods to accelerate development while ensuring local compliance.

Challenge

Ajex needed to build and maintain logistics software—including order tracking, fleet management and customer interfaces—while scaling into a new region. Recruiting and onboarding local talent quickly was difficult.

Solution

Theecode assembled cross‑functional pods of engineers, product managers and designers embedded with Ajex. These teams delivered key modules such as warehouse management, last‑mile routing and customer apps. We also established a governance framework for security, compliance and quality.

Impact

Ajex launched new logistics capabilities faster than competitors and scaled operations across Saudi Arabia. Our pods reduced time to market by half and enabled Ajex’s internal team to focus on core logistics operations.
